Delete your TradeCalmly account

In the app

1. Open TradeCalmly and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your TradeCalmly password to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

The account is deleted at once. This cannot be undone.

Can't use the app?

Email support@tradecalmly.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (email, hashed password) and settings.
• The connected MT5 account, its investor password and all trades, deposits, withdrawals, balance and equity history.
• Alerts, notifications, push notification tokens and the Telegram link.

What stays for a while

• Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted.
• Server technical logs (which can include IP addresses) are rotated and are not linked to the deleted account.

Your trading account at the broker is not affected. See also the privacy policy.
